iPhone和iPad用户数量差很多，所以两个版本的节奏很多时候是不一样的。
大多数应用可能都是iPhone功能比较全面，iPad版可能只是提供比较基本的功能，而且更新频率也会小很多。
如果你是一个universal的版本，但是某一个版本你只想对iPhone上的程序进行更新，这个时候你就会狠痛苦，这个时候你就会觉得分成两个版本是很有必要的。
