windows 以后还会把任务栏停靠在屏幕侧边加回来吗？

目前 Windows 11 阻止我升级的地方最大的就是任务栏不能竖着停靠在屏幕边缘，只能横着在屏幕下边很难受。
其次就是右键，还有 Windows 11 的 Explorer tabs 不好用缺少太多功能了，目前还是得用这 QTTabBar 在 win11 也难受。
