现在是请求接口返回空代表没有下一页, 如果只有一页参数, 那么重复请求一直无法结束
那么这个没有下一页的逻辑我是否应该换成 items.len < 20

SethShi OP @Livid 是否可以在 /api/v2/nodes/:name/topics 返回发布人信息, 现在就是很奇怪, 返回了最后回复人的信息, 确没有发布人信息
