Frontend Developer (JavaScript prefered), must location is Chengdu in China
Project description/-goal:
The project covers the development and configuration of ServiceNow tool based on the business needs coming from CloudOps.
The goal of the project is to:
o onboard CX CloudOps with golden standards and harmonized tools and processes.
o customize the ITSM and ITOM processes and tools, to fulfill the business requirements for CX CloudOps LoB
o design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, to reduce manual effort, errors and response time during all kind of workflow and processes
Scope of Task - The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently:
• Develop and configure ServiceNow for various ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Design and execute test cases to guarantee quality of delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, .
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
Requirement
• Several years of product development experience.
• Proven programming skills, experience with coding and scripting, JavaScript prefered
• Experience with Agile framework and methodology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge or Experience of ServiceNow development is a plus.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus.
