关于笔记本不放电的问题

    本子是华硕的，之前用笔记本充移动电源，结果突然就黑屏了，插上电源也没反应了，后来送到售后花了几天才弄好，这次同学又用笔记本给移动电源充电，结果又挂了，有没有其他的解决办法？(不去售后的话,时间太长…)还有笔记本电池是内置的 没法取下来…
