不同牌子国外主机用了这么多年，第一次发生这样的事情，VPS被误删！
最早只有11月14日备份，每天都有更新，手工操作工作量真心不小。

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused, our technian just informed me your VPS was deleted by the system accidently.
We just looked into this issue and find out that there's a duplicated IP assignment on our Kansas node01 due to imcomplete configuration, thus causing the incorrect operation of deleting VPS. We really appologise for the issue happened.
We have just recreated your VPS and fix the IP assignment issue, at the same time I will credit $30 to your account which is 6 months billing rate, we do care customers like you and we do not want to loss a client like you.
We promise we will not make this happen again and improve services as you hope, please feel free to send us feedback or anything you come up with at anytime.
