nginx 之类对于多核 CPU 的利用率如何？

最近在做防御CC攻击方面的事情……
除带宽瓶颈外，以及代码优化和防火墙以外。
纯硬抗的话，好像就只有CPU才是瓶颈了吧？
如果是，那么，有什么webserver做proxy时对于多核CPU利用最好？
