基于 quentint 的 Least 修改而来，主要用于把旧项目中的 CSS 升级到一种 CSS 预处理器。

Least 原有功能：
把 CSS 转换成有嵌套结构的 LESS, SASS, Stylus
设置缩进

我增加的功能：
预置变量，把 CSS 内相同的值替换成变量
保留注释
去掉 hack 和带厂商前缀的兼容性代码
