－下载的时候最好翻墙去美国
－检查自己的 /Applications 下有没有那个安装包

终端里输入 open $TMPDIR../C/
打开的文件夹里找到一个叫 com.apple.appstore 的文件夹，删除
如果 applications 里有下了半截的也删掉
重启

删除 /Applications 下 El capitan 的安装包，重启 App Store 就好了。
