有没有办法让 vim 在 normal 状态下，如果输入法是中文状态就让其无效或者自动切成英文输入？

谢谢 @Jeremial @KentY ，我用了这个 https://github.com/ybian/smartim ，切换到 normal 模式自动切成英文输入法
