使用 mysql 查询汉字准确性问题

表中有个字段 name,值为"宋",但是查找的时候却把"商"也查了出来,该字段是 varchar 类型的,utf8 编码,Mysql 是 5.0,网上说的使用 locate 和 BINARY 都没用,有人遇到过这种问题吗?求解答
