用了就拦截不了淘宝了....

WKWebView 当然可以拦截淘宝，但是不支持 URLProtocol （至少不用私有 API 的话不行），很多事情做不了很不好用

区分系统，初始化不同的 webview 就好了， uiwebview 太耗内存了。微信这么做估计是有别的考虑
