win7 环境下在 CMD 中 conda 切换虚拟环境报“参数格式不正确”

    如题，创建虚拟环境后，想切换虚拟环境，家里 win10 的电脑就正常，但是办公室就报“参数格式不正确”。现在不能确定是 CMD 的问题还是 anaconda 的问题。请各位给点建议，谢谢。
