TLS 1.3 Draft-18 已经过气了

我的 Nightly 已经不认 Draft-18 了，估计隔壁应该也是，事实上 18 分支已经好几个月没更新了，缺少后面的安全修复，到底要不要先退到 1.2 呢，Openssl 好像不能折腾到 Draft-22 呀 …… TLS 1.3 Demo

Firefox Nightly got updated to version 22 recently. Since most TLS 1.3 servers out there are still on draft 18 it is to expect that TLS 1.3 isn't used.
