firefox 中将 DNS over HTTPS 值修改为 3,提示"無法連線至伺服器",将该值再次修改为 2 后 http 可以正常连线. 两个月前参考该方法设置的,一直正常使用,直到今天(2018 年 6 月 26 日),提示"無法連線至伺服器".

我当前 firefox 版本是 63.0 (64-bit),在 Preferences-Network Settings 里设置里勾选 Enable DNS over HTTPS,URL 填:https://1.1.1.1/dns-query
network.trr.mode (通过 about:config 修改)设置为 2
可以正常访问互联网了
