32 位版可以，但是 64 位版本应该不行。
Surface Pro X 可以运行 X86 ARM32 ARM64 的应用，不能运行 X64 的应用。 |

x86 的版本可以跑，然而模拟 Chrome 那个效率……

从产品层面讲，VSC 是微软家的，问题应该不大。从技术层面讲，VSC 用的 Electron + Node.js ，一堆的 js、css 这些技术，本身移植难度就很好。
