如果是打给别人的 GV 的时候提示这个，是对方设置的，别挂，再过一会对方才会响。

这个功能很有用。靠这个功能我可以过滤七八十的垃圾电话来电。

ItKinlu OP 打了好几个别人的 GV 都是这个提示，而且都打不通提示，挂断之后对方的 GV 会有未接来电
