fb 官推 react+flow，甚至 vue 一开始也是支持 flow
好像只有 angular2 是原生支持 typescript

flow 是 js +++++++++++
ts 是 ts-------------

是不是因为这个我也不知道

因为名字没取好，推广比不过 MS，工具链不好用，flow 只是添加 type hint，ts 目的是要 type safe
VSCode 的流行和原生对 TypeScript 的支持要很大影响
