Major Duties & Responsibilities:

 Analyze the key reports generated by Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Jasper Reports) and provide both summary and break down analysis for any misbehaved results
 Analyze the data trends to identify the product issue and suggestions.
 Participant in the development of report analysis automation infrastructure
 Identify and develop improvements to the both data analytics/reporting tools

Skills & Experience Required:

 Demonstrated clear and thorough logical and analytical thinking, as well as problem solving skills.
 Attention to details and data accuracy
 Must be a great team player and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal expression skill is required.
 A desire to stay on top of the latest BI tools and underlying technologies (like Cassandra, Hadoop etc.)
 Good programming and debugging skills in at least one high level programming language. Familiar with Shell/Perl/Python is a plus.
 Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis
 Able and willing to work under deadline pressure
 Knowledge of Hadoop, Map & reduce is a plus
 Fluent written and oral English is a plus
