升级 springboot 到 2.5.5 ，cloud 和 jdk 也升级了，结果只能读取 application.properties ，而读取不到 bootstrap.yml 里面的信息，是啥问题，旧版能正常读取

pom 的 resources 配置里把 bootstrap.yml 加上了吗，没有的话可以加上试试
