在 Preference > General > Startup 中将选项修改为第一项“Use System Window Restoration Setting”以后，貌似是可以了。

蹲一个解决方案，因为我也遇到了，但不是用的 alfred ，用的 raycast 和 hapigo 也会这样。

我手动在 Dock 栏点开也这样，好像是和 hotkey window 的设置有关。
 不过也没太大影响，平时都是常驻开启的。 |
