8+ years of progressive experience with programming and design of commercial software or enterprise systems
3+ years of technical leadership experience in large IT organizations
2+ years of hands-on experience implementing distributed, cloud-based architectures
Proficient Experience in managing complex problems, from identifying the potential impact on the business to the development of the strategy, execution and communication at all levels with solid with demonstrated results.
Experience with containerization and container orchestration with technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Container Registries.
Experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum and related tools such as Atlas Sian Jira.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Experience of working in MNC environment is preferred
Experience building and managing relationships across a large enterprise.
