个人曾坚持听了两年多英语（ podcast ），觉得听力有比较大的进步。强烈建议降噪耳机。当然也要注意安全。

直觉上来说，信息首先要被眼睛获取，其次才会被大脑做具体处理，因此视觉设计首先会考虑满足视觉效果。从视觉效果来看，非等距的排版会产生一种失衡感，会增加人眼获取信息的难度（非等距也是另一种信息），虽然非等距在信息展示和操作的实用性上可能有益。因此一般来说视觉设计首先会考虑满足格式塔原则。
