koa + ts + 自研脚手架，nestjs 应该挺好，但感觉还是太重了，最终选择对 koa 进行简单封装定制

巧了，最近我们也开始用 TS 的 orm ，选的是 MikroOrm ，支持 mongo 和 mysql ，支持 query builder ，底层也应该有用 knex ，还没有深度使用但感觉良好

效果不错，支持一下，epub 阅读体验做的最好的，我觉得是苹果的 ibooks ，但不支持跨平台，现在我主力使用的是 neat reader
