三：国外部分云服务商（如 amazon 、google 、Akamai 、Frantech 、Cloudflare 、Oracle 、Akari 、GSL 、Nearoute 、it7 、Xtom 、Dmit 、Colocrossing 、Sakura 、As979 等）
