如果你能说服你老婆，我建议租房。所谓什么归属感，那都是胡扯。所有住在城市里的打工仔本质都是在租房，有个房本本也不能说明什么，跟车一样，房子也需要你持续的供养，一旦失业，你还能住的踏实吗？而且房子本身只是一个消费品，30 年基本就住不了人了，你自己算算这里面的经济账。
