跟 gpt 控制变量测试半天，终于找到了
注册表中原本 NetworkThrottlingIndex = 0xa
SystemResponsiveness = 0x14
修改为 ffffff 和 0 ，测速就正常了

这个测速结果可能有问题。我电信测速 300m 的时候，尝试某网盘下载文件，是可以跑到 130m/s 的速度的。不管了

从官网下载了新的，测速依然和昨天测速一样。CPU 和 GPU 正常，剩余很多。而且暂停播放、停止播放之后测速都是低速，只有打开之后不播放或者关闭之后，测速才正常。

我刚刚换 iris 播放本地视频试了试，速度也掉了，昨天的测速结果可能记错了。

@tzlovezaq 没有 NAS,就是 Windows10 上的本地视频文件。感觉是 PotPlayer 的什么设置的问题。我昨天安了 vlc 和 iris 试了试，网速都正常

@loading 火绒的流量监控开着的，没有异常流量，播放的也是本地文件。

源代码太长了，看不了，我搜了下 DBI->connect,只有一处，在 2256 行，你把上面 2229 行的 mysql_enable_utf8 改成 mysql_enable_utf8mb4 试试？

perplexity 可能 APP 的 IP 检测要严格些，同样的节点，在 web 上就可以，在 APP 上就访问不了。我手机上只有切到土耳其节点才能用。
