应该不是钓鱼邮件。应该是发生了 google pay, google wallet ，google ads 等和钱有关的事情（也可能是账户安全确实遇到了问题？）。这种情况下通常是通过银行卡小额扣款，用银行对账单中的留言上的验证码来验证的。如果银行卡行不通，那么是可以在 payments.google.com 提交 government-issued ID 文件来验证的。
详情可见 payments.google.com 。提交时为保护隐私可以遮掉除名字住址头像之外的其他信息，不一定要给身份证号码，但名字住址等信息必须和 google 账户及绑定银行卡一致 |
